REFUND POLICY

Returns may be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please note that customers are responsible for the postage fees associated with returns. Exchanges are not offered. Kindly allow 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed after delivery. Returns will be denied if there are signs of wear or damage.

All returned items will be eligible for store credit only. Items purchased on sale are final and not subject to return.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label for its return. To resolve this issue, please contact us at info@michanmichelle.com for further assistance.
