PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY

Orders generally take 3-5 business days to process before shipping, unless otherwise indicated. Please consider this processing time when placing your order. During the holiday season, processing times may extend up to 10 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Typically, delivery takes 2-5 business days; however, factors such as inclement weather, distance from the sender, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect this timeframe. If you encounter issues with delivery times, please contact USPS directly using your tracking information.

Express shipping is available for select orders. To determine if your order qualifies for express shipping, please email info@michanmichelle.com before placing your order.

If you suspect that your item has been misdelivered or lost, please file a claim with USPS before contacting us at info@michanmichelle.com. We are unable to assist with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.

Pre-order items have specific delivery dates that may differ from regular items. Please review the product description carefully before placing a pre-order. Note that pre-ordered items are not eligible for rush or express shipping.

Mi’Chan Michelle LLC reserves the right to modify release dates, with appropriate notification to customers. Orders may take up to 5 business days to process, starting from the release date or from the first business day after the release date if it falls on a holiday or weekend.

Orders containing multiple items, including pre-order items, will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready for fulfillment. Partial shipments are not available.
